Who is this for – and who is it not for?

This 60-day sparring is for owners and managing directors of small B2B companies in Germany who want to make clear decisions on offer, positioning, business model, customer journey and the role of AI – instead of spinning in circles.

It is not the right fit if you are mainly looking for an agency to execute campaigns for you or for a generic group coaching programme.

Do the sessions take place online?

Yes. All sessions take place online via video call, so we can work together regardless of where in Germany your company is based. This also makes it easier to integrate our work into your everyday schedule as an owner.

Do we work in German or English?

Most of my clients work with me in German – that’s the default.
If you prefer to discuss your business in English, we can do the sessions in English as well; the content and structure of the sparring stay exactly the same.
